Welcome to Forgotten Island 🌊

Nobody can point to it on a map, and that's exactly how I like it. A year ago I packed up everything familiar — the noise, the endless to-do lists, the constant somewhere-to-be — and traded it for salt air, slow mornings, and a horizon that doesn't ask anything of me.

Coffee first, always. Then the mat comes out — I've been doing yoga for five years now, though the last two is when it stopped being "something I do" and became something closer to who I am. Balance isn't just a pose here; it's the whole philosophy.

I've got ink on my arm that means something only to me, metal in my nose and ears that I added one piece at a time, and one more mark somewhere you'll have to earn the right to find. Ask me where I'm really from and I'll just smile and say Forgotten Island — some things stay exactly where I left them.

I like my coffee black, my mornings slow, and my evenings a little reckless. I'm not here to be perfect — I smoke, I drink, I bend in ways that might surprise you, and I'm figuring the rest out one stream at a time. Stick around. The island has more than sand to show you.
